Revocation

Consumers according to KSchG have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is:

1. in the case of a purchase contract, fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
2. in the case of a contract for several goods that the consumer has ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately, fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
3. In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces, fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform Cajoy GmbH (Inkustraße 1-7/Objekt 5, 3400 Klosterneuburg, info@cajoy.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

In the event of a partial withdrawal from this contract, we will refund the payments for the goods you have received without delay, but no later than fourteen days from the day on which we were informed of your withdrawal from this contract. In the event of a complete withdrawal from this contract, we will refund you the payments for the goods you have received as well as any standard shipping costs you may have paid without delay, but no later than fourteen days from the day on which we were informed of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back. If you have received goods in connection with the contract, you must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will send you a return label for the return of the goods and charge €5.90 for return shipping from Austria and Germany. For all other EU countries there is a charge of €9.90 for return shipping. Alternatively, customers have the option of returning the goods themselves at one of our shops or via shipping at their own expense, in which case the return fee does not apply.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The consumer has no right of cancellation for contracts for
1. Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly customised to personal requirements,
2. Goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery.

If the customer is an entrepreneur, cancellation is completely excluded.

Notes for the smoothest possible processing of returns

or via info@cajoy.com and you will receive a return parcel label. If possible, please send the item in its original packaging including a brief description of the reason for the return. The use of the original packaging is not a "must", i.e. not a prerequisite for asserting your rights, but simplifies and secures the processing for us.
