Dispatch and shipping costs

We look forward to receiving your order and will dispatch it within 24 hours.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11:00 a.m. will be handled on the same working day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be handled the next working day.

The delivery time is usually 1 to 3 days from order placement within Austria and 2 to 5 days to other EU countries. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a link to track your shipment by email. We work with GLS, Fedex, and the postal service as our standard shipping providers, depending on availability in each destination country.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. You will find information on the availability of the individual products on the website. These do not represent binding or guaranteed dispatch or delivery dates, unless this is expressly indicated as a binding date in the dispatch options for the respective product. If CAJOY realises during the processing of your order that products ordered by you are not available, you will be informed separately by email.

CAJOY reserves the right to charge the costs incurred for delivery and return transport for consignments that are refused or not collected. Non-acceptance/non-collection does not constitute a cancellation under any circumstances, as this is not expressly declared. If the parcel arrives damaged, please report the transport damage immediately to info@cajoy.com.
