Returns

If you wish to return an order (or part of an order), please send us a brief notification by email to info@cajoy.com or by post to our head office: CAJOY GmbH, Inkustrasse 1-7, 3400 Klosterneuburg.

You will then receive confirmation of your return from us and, if required, a GLS return label. Please attach this to the parcel and send it to a drop-off point near you.

In the interests of sustainability, we want to reduce the environmental impact of excessive returns. We have therefore decided to pass on the costs of return shipping. For returns from Austria or Germany with a CAJOY return label, we charge €5.90; from other EU countries, we charge €9.90. You can also drop off the package at one of our stores or return it to us by yourself using a shipping service of your choice; in this case, there are of course no return fees.
