My orders

How can I track the status of my order?

As soon as your order has been processed by us, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with all the details of your order and a tracking number that you can use to track your order and view the estimated arrival of your delivery.

Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number in the order confirmation that you receive to the email address you provided after your purchase. If your order has already been dispatched, you will also find the order number on the dispatch confirmation.

Can I still cancel or change my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order and have not yet received a shipping confirmation, please write to us as soon as possible at info@cajoy.com. We will do our best to process your request, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.


Shipping and delivery

How long does shipping take?

Your order will be packed by us within 24 hours and handed over to the shipping company. Delivery time within Austria is usually 1 to 3 days from the date of order, and 2-5 days to other EU countries.

What can I do if I have received the wrong piece of jewellery?

We are very sorry that your order is incorrect.

If you have received the wrong piece of jewellery, please send us a photo of the piece of jewellery you received and the delivery note stating which piece of jewellery you should have received instead by email to info@cajoy.com. Please also state the order number so that we can deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible.

What can I do if my order has not arrived?

Please use the tracking number to check whether your delivery has been deposited at a collection point.

If this is not the case and the status of your delivery has not been updated for several days, please contact our customer service team at info@cajoy.com. We will be happy to initiate an enquiry with our shipping partner for you. Please note that experience has shown that this process can take 1-2 days.


Returns and refunds

What do I have to consider when returning goods?

In principle, returns can be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: Returned jewelry is carefully inspected by us out of responsibility to the next customer. If the jewelry has lost value and this is not due to necessary handling to check its condition, properties, and functionality, you will be responsible for this loss in value. The boxes or velvet bags supplied must be complete and intact. We ask that you return the jewelry in its original packaging, if possible.


When can I expect my refund?

We will do our best to transfer the outstanding amount back to you as quickly as possible. As a rule, it takes approx. 1-2 working days after receipt of the goods for the money to reach your account. In rare cases, the process can take up to 5 working days.

How can I return my order?

If you would like to return a piece of jewellery, please send us an email to: info@cajoy.com. We will check your entitlement to return and then send you the return slip by email to the address you have provided.

Please note that out of consideration for the environment, we unfortunately do not offer free returns. The costs for the return will be deducted from the refund amount. Of course, you can also send your return to us yourself, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Materials, care and production

How are the products made?

All CAJOY jewellery is handmade, which is why sustainability for us primarily means paying attention to working conditions in production. We produce with a small number of exclusive partner companies that comply with internationally recognised human and labour rights standards. All companies are family businesses that attach great importance to fair and healthy working conditions. They will be accompanied on site by a CAJOY employee in Thailand.

Is the jewellery nickel-free?

We have made a conscious decision to finish all our products with precious metals such as gold, silver or rhodium and to keep our products nickel-free as a matter of course. In addition, almost all of the studs in our earrings are made of titanium, a material that is particularly suitable for people with allergies and intolerances.

Is there a guarantee?

CAJOY jewellery is designed to make our customers happy for a long time. With the appropriate care and attention, your jewellery will look just as beautiful after many years as it did when you bought it. However, should a quality problem arise despite all our care, we endeavour to offer our customers not only high-quality products, but also a special service.

Does one of your pieces of jewellery have a defect? Then please get in touch with us!


We will be happy to take a look at the problem and see how we can help you. If it is due to a product defect, we will of course replace the piece of jewellery immediately free of charge as part of our 6-month guarantee from the date of purchase. If a repair is possible, we will be happy to carry it out for you. Otherwise, we will certainly find another acceptable solution that will make you happy.

Responsible sourcing is essential to promote environmental sustainability. We favour materials that are sustainable, recycled or ethically sourced. We also work closely with our suppliers to ensure that the materials used meet our standards.

Our jewellery is gold-plated with 14k, 16k or 18k, depending on the desired appearance of the piece of jewellery. The gold layer is significantly thicker than conventional costume jewellery; this makes the coating particularly durable and high quality.

Can I go swimming/showering with my jewellery?

Careful handling is essential in order to enjoy your valuable and beautiful pieces of jewellery for as long as possible. We therefore recommend that you take off your jewellery before showering or swimming.
