At CAJOY, we want every piece of our jewellery to bring great joy. Whether as a gift between friends, as a reward for passing an exam or for yourself - every piece of jewellery is intended for a special person.
That is why we have decided to have our products elaborately handcrafted; this makes each piece of CAJOY jewellery truly unique. The stones used are appropriately selected and set by hand - from high-quality crystals to genuine gemstones.
In addition to the design, our standards for the material are also particularly high. We have made a conscious decision to finish all products with precious metals such as gold, silver or rhodium and, of course, to keep our products nickel-free. In addition, almost all of the studs in our earrings are made of titanium - a material that is particularly suitable for people with allergies and intolerances.
Our jewellery is gold-plated with 14k, 16k or 18k, depending on the desired appearance of the piece of jewellery. The gold layer is significantly thicker than conventional costume jewellery; this makes the plating particularly durable and high quality. Conventional costume jewellery often only has a "flash" gold plating, which usually leads to damage in the form of wear and/or scratches after just a few days. In addition, our rose gold-plated products are coated with an invisible protective layer to further protect the jewellery from external influences.
In addition to the precious metal gold, we use rhodium, a silver-white precious metal, for our products. This is the sister metal of platinum, which is particularly resistant due to its hardness. Unlike silver-plated jewellery, rhodium-plated products do not leave unsightly marks on the skin and do not tarnish. This makes our jewellery the perfect companion for every occasion.
All designs for CAJOY are created in our own creative workshop. This results in timeless and individual pieces of jewellery - as individual as your requirements.

In order to meet the high demands of our customers, we only work with partner companies that produce technically and ethically 100% flawless jewellery. Our CAJOY employees on site at our production partners are in daily dialogue with them to ensure extremely high quality. The composition of each material is carefully checked before processing. Sustainable production processes are just as important here as fair working conditions for all employees.
However, if a quality problem should arise despite all our care, we endeavour to offer our customers not only high-quality products, but also a special service.

We will be happy to take a look at the problem and see how we can help you. If it is due to a product defect, we will of course replace the piece of jewellery immediately free of charge. If a repair is possible, we will also be happy to carry this out for you. Otherwise, we will certainly find another acceptable solution that will make you happy.
